Problem:
When single executable file downloaded from HP website is launched, it won't proceed unless printer is connected locally.
Solution:
While the error/information box is still on screen, find where setup.exe is located (using Task Manager / System Information).
Copy the entire temporary installation folder to a permanent location.
Cancel the installation wizard.
Run Windows "Add printer" wizard.
When asked for driver files location, point it to folder previously created.
