Download and install Group Policy Management Console (gpmc.msi)
A new menu (Group Policy Management) will be added under Administrative Tools group
Create new GPO object instead of editing Default Domain Policy
To apply group policy immediately, execute this command on the client:
gpupdate /force, or
secedit /refreshpolicy machine_policy /enforce (windows 2000)
