Burn .avi video file as Video CD (VCD)

Using Nero, create new compilation with type Video CD.
Then copy your .avi file to the compilation.

    If the original avi has 600MB of size, it will be as large as 900MB after copied to compilation.
    I still don't know how to burn it then since Nero will reject if I insert DVD media.
