Force .psd file to be opened with Photoshop 32-bit when 64-bit also installed:
closest solution is configure .psd to be opened with Adobe Bridge (AB) and then configure AB:
Edit \ Preferences \ File Type Associations \ Photoshop Document \ klik Browse...
point to photoshop.exe under "Program Files (x86)" folder
