The filter(s) is defined as Local criteria (criteria that is "hardcoded" to the analysis definition yet not visible/changeable to user)
How to edit "Local criteria"?
- Switch to "Define" mode
- Right-click > Functions > Local criteria
- Click criteria in question
- Change value or select Remove criteria
